For questions about a swap, a quote, a provider, or your account, email support@omegaexchange.xyz. We aim to respond within one business day.

What to include

  • Your swap ID or tracking link, if you're asking about an existing swap.
  • The provider, asset pair, and amount, if you're asking about a quote.
  • The destination address or memo you used, if relevant.

Track a swap yourself

For live swap status, paste your swap ID into the Track page. You don't need to wait for a support reply to see where your swap is.
